If that is the case and you purchased and installed the igniter, DepotStar will deduct the price of the igniter and charge only the repair cost.

This igniter is guaranteed to last for 3 years! If at any time you have a problem with your igniter, just call DepotStar for technical support.

DepotStar can replace your igniter in their facility for a reasonable price of $90.00. You pay the shipping to get the Power Pack Unit here and we'll pay the shipping to send your Power Pack Unit back within five business days! Shipping Information: DepotStar will ship via US Mail and charge a $5.00 handling fee, unless another arrangement has been made. All repaired Power Pack Units will be shipped back via UPS Ground. You should receive all packages within 3-5 business days from the ship date.

Payment Information: DepotStar will accept Visa and Mastercard for all purchases. DepotStar will accept Money Orders, however your order will not be placed until the Money Order is cleared from the bank.

Return Policy: There is a three (3) year warranty on all igniter sales. If you believe there is a product malfunction, please call our customer service line at 1.877.571.3770 for additional technical service. Once the igniter is installed, no refund can be granted. If the igniter doesn't work once installed, please call DepotStar before taking any further steps.
